The purpose of this study is to consider the formation process model of the entrepreneurial microecosystem by elucidating the formation process of entrepreneurial networks. As an exploratory case study, we investigated the networking of 10 new business development teams of large companies located in the incubation base ARCH (Toranomon, Tokyo), and identified the following two behavioral characteristics of the members that form a network with high commercialization speed. The first is taking a "diversification to exclave" (unrelated diversification) strategy and stretching into domains away from the core business; the second is communicating through an attractive "entrepreneurial hashtag" that allows diverse actors to easily share objectives and significance. In this study, we consider our hypothesis by focusing on the second behavior, which is more important for nascent entrepreneurs in the resource search phase.
