Sexual Difference of the Amount of Equine Serum Transferrin Protein

Abstract

As already reported, to establish the method which can distinguish transferrin (Tf) types having silent gene based on the difference of Tf protein contents with single radial immunodiffusion test, any factors which would change the amount of Tf protein were studied. This report is the result studied on sexual difference of Tf protein contents.
