Abstract
Byusingtheatomicforcemicroscope(AFM),theadhesionpropertyofthemicroorganicpatternof177nmdiameter,whichisfabricatedbyArFexcimerlaserlithography,canbeanalyzedquantitatively.Intherangingofheatingtemperaturefrom100to200℃,thepeelingstrengthofresistpatternincreaseswiththeincreaseofheatingtemperature.Particularly,theadhesionpropertyisimprovedclearlyabove150℃.Thistechniquewillgiveusefulinformationforadhesiondesigningofmicrostructuresystem.
