Abstract
Dependencyofattractiveforceoninteractiondistancebetweentipapexandsolidsurfacecanbemeasureddirectlybyusingatomicforcemicroscope(AFM).Bytreatingthetipapexwithbydrophobicagent(hexamethyldisilazane,HMDS),themaximumfoi℃eanditsinteractionlengthbecomelowandshort,whichareduetovanderWaals(vdW)andhydrogenbondinteractions.Theresulthasacorrelationtotheanalysisdataofsurfaceenergy・Itseemsi、easonabletosupposethattheadhesionanddispersionpropertiesofmicrocondensedmatterscanbeanalyzedbyusingAFM.
