Abstract
Nuclear resonance fluorescence (NRF) experiment with quasi-monochromatic laser Compton backscattering gamma-ray source was performed at AIST to test LaBr3 (Ce) scintillator to detect NRF peaks near 2 MeV. 11B sample is used as a target at 2.13 MeV energy level. 11B results are used to discuss the detector's potential to measure NRF from 235U
