Abstract

Proliferation Resistance is an increasingly popular concept. However, its impact on the whole proliferation risk has to be quantified to prove its effectiveness. A model has been developed based on the PR&PP methodology and the consultation of a panel of experts, in order to assess its effectiveness in several countries.
