Abstract
After the male adult of silkworm emerged, regardless of whether mating took place or not, the apyrene sperm bundles appeared from the testicular follicle int the vas efferens earlier than the eupyrene sperm bundles did as observed in the pupal stage. However, the time of appearance of the eupyrene and apyrene sperm bundles was noted to be effected by the mating.
