Abstract

In tracing a particular moving object by a pan-tilt camera, the identification of the target object in different frames is crucial. The nearest object to the prospective position in the present frame, estimated the velocity and position in the preceding frames, is identified as the target. With such tactics one of two moving objects were successfully traced.
