Abstract

Animation is information with enormous capacity. In late years line speed of Internet increases rapidly, there exists several kinds of difficulty during the propagation of movie through Internet because of its huge capacity. An animation can reduce network traffic if the reduction of data size of animation is realized in some way. In this paper we propose the method reducing the capacity of animation and also consider the quality of animation which is generating with our proposed way.
