Abstract

The problem when the display information delivery system is applied to the delivery for the municipality community is analyzed, and the achievement method is described. The main problem was a difficulty of making contents, a difficulty of operation of the terminal, and a disagreement of viewing style. In this paper, we propose an environment of making contents and an environment of viewing contents.
