Voice messages are used for the transmission of an urgent situation to the passenger of the train, when an emergency happens in the railway. However, the transmission medium of the message is insufficient for the hearing impaired only in the voice. This paper describes the method of presenting urgent information in the train based on the concept of the universal design. To make the user understand the message faster, the formatted text and the sign language animation were displayed at the same time in the information presentation.
