Survey and Consideration on Human Resource Development and ICT Application to Future Recycling Society

Abstract

Application of information technology with display system interaction will be expected for the recycling society in the future. Living environment as houses and buildings equipment as an extension of embedded devices will be a potential industry to export. This paper describes the analyses and discussion to that possibilities, problems and human resource development with confrontation axes method.
