For the health management of honeybees reared for beekeeping, it is important to monitor the state of hexagonal cells , called brood cells, formed on nest frames In this study, we conducted a fundamental study on a method to automatically classify the condition of cells from image s of nest frames We defined state s of cells in six classes and applied a pixel based classification using CNN to several nest frames
