Abstract
Current member of settled-pastoralists and mobile-pastoralists are using one valley as common land throughout the year in a village in northern Ulaanbaatar. However, little is known about how does both pastoralists manage common land. We conducted of interviews survey for herders in outlying pasture on the Ulaanbaatar city on August 2011. In this presentation, I’d like to discuss about the actual situation of land-use and herders problem from interaction among mobile and settled pastoralists.
