Abstract
Many problems about land use arise because of various reasons.And In the future,the number of population will decrease in Japan,so new land use policy is needed.To estimate detailed land use change in future  more accurately , it is necessary to take into account  these factors comprehensively.
The purpose of study is developing land use change model considering social factors comprehensively and predict future land use ,and Using model simulation, consider the best policy to control development  and conserve green and agricultural area
