Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine restructuring of passenger boat services in the island of Seto-inland sea. After 2000, these services are greatly influenced by high price of crude oil, change of transportation policy and of the rerationship between public sector and private sector. Hence, the basis of exsitence is changing in these services.
