Abstract
GSI provided various geospatial information to related organizations, including on-site disaster management headuaters of the government, to support the scene of rescue, relief and recover activities against the Heavy Rainfall in August 2014 (Hiroshima landslides diaster). Especially, the map of the areas attacked by the deblis flow by the aerial photo interpretation was well spoken by the field team members.The authors show how the geospatial information were used on-site and the importance of geospatial information on occasion of disaster responses.
