Milieu of Monsoon Asia seen from the food package

Abstract

For humans, nutrients such as carbohydrates and proteins and lipids are essential. The human race group of the world has orthotopically produced (gaining) foodstuffs having such nutrients, processed and cooked them. We call this "food package". Typical food package seen in monsoon Asia takes the form of "rice and fish" by paddy field rice production and freshwater fishery. In The food globalization is accelerating mass production and long distance transportation of foodstuffs to destroy these packages, but this has caused excessive energy to be used for food production. Here I argue the interrelationship between traditional food package and the Milieu.
