The author intends to examine an international understanding in the new subject Chiri Sogo( Integrated Geography) which will be intoruced into high school education in near future. The impoertant part of the subject focuses on Seikatsu Bunka( Life Culture) which is explained by geographical environments and historical backgrounds. Regional geography is excluded in the subject. Therefore the comprehensive view and systems approach are required for grasping the cultural and regional diversity of the world.
