Examining Regional Differences of Cultural Capital

Abstract

As a professional specializing in organization development and brand management, I have examined the relationship between business performance, both on an individual level and on an organizational level, and cultural capital, as in one’s interests or hobbies, affect one’s productivity in the workplace. In this study I have examined the regional difference of cultural capital on a national level.
