Formation and Development of a Nationwide Group for sharing Geography teaching materials using ICT tools

Abstract

Since the 2022 academic year, "Geography" courses have been offered in high schools nationwide. As part of the classroom support, the Geography Education Forum organized an "Online Seminar on Geography" during which the "Group of sharing Geography teaching materials" provided 30 teaching materials and their explanations. This group regularly conducts online meetings to create and share educational materials. While building on existing human connections, the group has also gathered members from across the country through social media, forming a nationwide network. The activities of the group offer valuable insights for the future direction of teacher training programs.
