The comparative study of feeding change of traditional foods at upstream and downstream areas of Gokase river

The case study of Takachiho town and the coastal district of Nobeoka city

Abstract

I make clear based on a local questionnaire survey the feeding change of traditional foods at Takachiho town as the upstream areas and the coastal district of Nobeoka city as the downstream areas of Gokase river. The traditional foods of Takachiho town reduced consumption by decrease in food production. By age that eat as often as elderly people, don't eat as much as young people. The traditional foods of the coastal district of Nobeoka city by age that eat as often as elderly people, don't eat as much as young people around 60's.
