Significance of continuing small farming by elderly people in rural areas

Abstract

In this report, I examine the significance of continuing small farming for the elderly in order for them to lead an autonomous life in a familiar community even in old age. For the elderly, small farming is a purpose to live, to grow vegetables and eat them, and it is also a way to live well in their own way in a familiar community until the end of their lives.
