In this study, we found that 1) riverine dunes were formed along the Nagara and Ibi Rivers, 2) these dunes were formed by sediments derived from the Nagara and Ibi Rivers, 3) Since the chemical composition of sediments varies with grain size, few elements are concentrated in fine-grained material in the Kiso River riverine dunes, which contain little or no mud, and 4) the Nakasu dune shows elemental compositions closer to the Neo River, which was caused by the change in the flow paths of the Ibi and Neo Rivers.
