One of the possibilities to materialize library science

Abstract

In contrast with preserving function of the past library, a new function has been observed partiqularly in the public library fieid with the rise of modern capitalism, that is, the library as agency for use and for service for the mass. New library science is suppased to provide theory system of methods and strategies for the mass-mobilization which the library is making.
