Abstract
HDS-R scores was used for Training plan to improve vascular dementia. "Kanahiroi" test was em-ployed to diagnose frontal brain function by circling [A], [I],[U],[E], and [O] characters appeared in the spe-cific story described Kanas. The other mental test and activity of daily life also used for the judgment of de-mentia levels. Memorization training using painted 10 vegetable cards each had order number to show on them were prepared 10 ways to show-sets and trained to memorize and assessed. We also planed and trained to cal-culate mentally, to memorize numbers and say reversibly, and to calculate by writing. These trials made possi-ble to assess dementia level precisely by introducing NM and N-ADL scales, to find out early dementia symp-toms, and to plan schedule to improve dementia level.
