Sakurayama home-helper station started to support mental patients and children's developmental disorder from May2005 after nursing care insurance changed. We needed to study about these cases for future study. This report includes three cases we experienced. Case 1 was approach to a girl's pervasive development disorder. We reduced her stress and gave her anxiety that caused her to stop injuring herself. Case 2 was a woman's recurrent depressive disorder. We got rid of her anxious and gave her more confidence by attending the social community. Case 3 was a living alone with total blind man suffered from diabetic retinopathy. At first we tried to get his trust in us cautioning his dangers by voice talking, that caused more reliable feeling between us and made his mind stable. Finally he understood home-helpers and he hardly showed feigned mental illness pretending hypoglycemia.
