GKF STERILIZABLE PH GLASS ELECTRODE

Abstract

New sensitive membrane comosition and glass preparation techniques have been found to make our GKF sterilizable pH glass electrode. The electrode has a 0.34 zeropotential pH shifr after 54 continual cycles of sterilization at 121°C (each cycle lasts 30 minutes). Before sterilization its zeropotential pH is 6.5±0.5. Its inner resistance is smaller than 500MΩ, its PTS is larger than 95% and its insulation resistance is larger than 10Ω.
