The crystal structure of [La(μ-DMP)2(μ3-NO3)(DMSO)]n, (DMP = dimethyl phosphate), (DMSO = dimethyl sulfoxide) was determined by the X-ray diffraction method. This polymeric complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, with space group P21/c, and four [La(μ-DMP)2(μ3-NO3)(DMSO)]n per unit cell. The unit-cell dimensions are a = 17.157(3)Å, b = 10.214(2)Å, c = 10.224(2)Å, with V = 1774.5(6)Å3. The final R value is 0.0440 for 4643 measured reflections.
