Abstract

The compound 3-(2-(1-hydroxycyclohexyl)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-thiazolidin-4-one was synthesized. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P2₁/n, and the cell parameters are a = 12.297(8)Å, b = 12.153(8)Å, c = 14.399(8)Å, β = 93.329(3), Z = 4, V = 2148.2(2)Å³. The final residual factor is R1 = 0.0648. The compound exhibits an intermolecular hydrogen bonds of type O-H…O.
