Abstract

A palladium dichloride complex containing a fluorinated benzylamine derivative has been synthesized and characterized fully. The title compound, trans-dichlorodi((4-fluorophenyl)methanamine)palladium(II), crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with cell parameters a = 7.3576(6), b = 16.2650(13), c = 10.6518(8)Å, β = 95.292(2), V = 1200.43(16)Å³, and Z = 2.
