Abstract
Physicochemical property database is one of the tools used for discussing chemical process and material designs. The authors have developed a database called PCPCE-ASOGDB. This paper deals with introduction of PCPCE-ASOGDB for supercritical fluid operation. A lot of literature information and some fact data of physicochemical properties and some fact data can be searched using CD-R. The high-pressure vapor-liquid equilibria have been correlated using Peng-Robinson, SRK, and Tochigi-Kojima equations of state with a conventional mixing rule. The vapor-liquid equilibria have been predicted using equation of state and ASOG group contribution method.
