Designing and Utilization of Trainee system in Community Development

A Case of Ama town Shimane prefecture

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the development process and the significance of the trainee system in a community and to consider an effective utilization of the system. The results are; 1) the development process of the trainee system can be divided into three stages. 2) the effects of the trainee system are different at each stage. 3) the effects can be classified into domiciliation, an effect of a tool, and an effect of expression. 4) the development of a community has also been influenced by the trainee system.
