Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the supply mechanism and the impact to agricultural production of Noubishe Perch irrigation project, Nepal. Cooperative relationship between the farmers has made the supply of the irrigation water possible. Because transport cost of the water is high, if farmers do not cooperate, they cannot obtain the irrigation water.
