Abstract
At the period of high economic growth after the war, in the suburban farm village area of the big city, large-scale site planning for housing and small change of use of agricultural land developed. As a result, rural-urban area has appeared. But, recently, this area is planned as a new city area surrounded by nature. In this paper, intend for Tsukuba, we analyzed the Inhabitant exchange activities from a viewpoint of “Place” and “exchange” peculiarities. And we claritied the place peculiarities of exchange activities in Urban-Rural area and abstracted some problems of today in this area.
