Abstract
Recently, land improvement projects aiming to protect waterside environment are in progress. One of the construction methods used in such land improvement projects is the near-natural river construction method. As a result of economical benefits measurement of facilities construction by this method, the following findings were obtained. They were 1. Near-water environmental investment in the total capital investment cannot be considered as additional expenses for investment, and 2. Calculation of the allocation of capital investment into waterside environment and the amount of essential function is a formidable task.
In order to solve the above -presentedproblems, we presented a new feasibility evaluation technique and estimated the amount of annual benefit based on the present benefits measurement of land improvement project.
In addition, we investigated into the validity of the estimate.
