Abstract
As the decline of local transportation system in rural areas have brought critical issues on the regional developments, we proposed a new approach to the public transportation system supported by the local government union. Three alternative fare systems on local bus line were proposed to simulate the improvement in cost-revenue balance The results showed that the bus club system was one of the most appropriate methods to cope with this problem in terms of passengers benefit.
