Abstract
The purpose of this present study is to grasp the regional characteristics of users of social education facilites. As parameters, we adopted the following three: (1) working hours; (2) night utilization rate and (3) seasonal variations in usage. The study consists of the following three categories:
1. The purpose of the study
2. Calculation method of working hours
To describe the method to calculate working hours in agriculture and accordingly to calculate the working hours per worker in each village and town.
3. Regional characteristics of the users of social education facilities
To elucidate the characteristics of the aforementioned working hours and regional agriculture. To clarify the relations between the working hours, night utilization rate and seasonal variations, and to discuss regional characteristics of the users and facilities.
