Several times, enokitake mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) cultivation were examined to make the manual for small scale cultivation using 200 ml culture bottles and a refrigerator.The results obtained were as follows:
(1) Many fruit bodies occurred in the media made of spruce sawdust and rice bran than PDA(potato dextrose agar) media.
(2) The fruit body formation was promoted by Kinkaki (removal of the mushroom spawn) and water filling processes after the incubation for spawn running at 25℃.
(3) The fruit body formation in a refrigerator at 5-10℃ after the incubation was promoted by light irradiation.
