Arctosa cervina (Araneae: Lycosidae) removed from the synonymy with A. subamylacea and newly recorded in Japan

Abstract

Arctosa cervina is removed from a junior synonym of Arctosa subamylacea, because it can be distinguished by the morphology of the epigyne and palpal organ. Arctosa cervina is newly recorded in Japan by the specimens collected in Saitama and Yamanashi Prefectures.
