NOTES ON THE JAPANESE SPECIES OF THE GENUS PHORONCIDIA (ARANEAE: THERIDIIDAE)

Abstract

Two Japanese species, Phoroncidia pilula (KARSCH) and P. sudabides (BÖSENBERG et STRAND) are redescribed. The latter is transferred from Theridion. A new species, P. ryukyuensis, is described from the Ryukyu Archipelago.
