Abstract
1. In the rabbit the greater part of the antoxyproteinic acid injected intravenously disappears in a short time from the blood stream without any considerable excretion from the body.
2. The faeces extract of the typhoid patients whose urine is diazo-positive shows the diazo-reaction, but those of healthy person or other patients, whose urines are diazo-negative, show also the diazo-reaction of nearly the same intensity.
