Abstract

The study on the spacing pattern of the feral cats was conducted in the urban area of Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan, where the feral cats were in high density. They formed feeding groups around clumped food resources. The members of some feeding groups shared the resting sites also. The underlying cause appeared to be close kinship.
