Abstract
During the COVID-19 pandemic, business demands have been lost in many markets, and many companies are required to reinvent new business models. In this research, we propose the method of business models design that can deal with the changing environment by allocating the dynamic behavior of the systems including the external environment to the model by using the concept of the ICONIX process. In this paper, explaining the proposed method, we applied it to actual business models and verified it.
