Abstract
Fuzziness associated with information processing, communication, and decision making arc innevitablc at the clinical practice, because of uncertain medical knowledge, terminology, human relation, and different views of life. Only few systems on clinical tests are now practical use in spite of nany approaches which have been done to improve such an unsatisfactory environnent. An organized cooperation anong experts of various fields would be required to develop an innovative human judgement support systen for patient's benefit.
