Abstract
The vestibular sensory epithelia of the tree frogs retuned from the space were studied using scanning electron and light microscopy. The sensory cilia of the utricular macula and semicircular canal cristae appeared normal without fusion, disarray and de- formity. The sensory cell surface were intact. Fine structure of the cilia, such as tip links and side links were also normal. Light microscopy showed basically normal intracellular structure.
