Abstract
Laser induced crystallization of CdSxSe1-x in glass matrix was characterized by Raman spectroscopy to elucidate the mechanism of laser induced change of reflectivity of phaseconjugated signal. Clear peaks were observed in a sample after laser irradiation which is sharp contrast to that of only heat treated system where peaks were hidden in strong fluorescence. Reflectivity change by laser irradiation is discussed based on laser induced crystallization.
