Abstract
Of 4 types of Sarcoma 3, A and D were transplanted in succession subcutaneously, while B and C were transplanted intraperitoneally. By the successive subcutaneous transplantations, the myxomatous components of A and D have been reduced gradually so that finally the histological features of A and D have changed respectively to spindle cell sarcoma and reticulosarcoma. On the contrary, the myxomatous components of B and C have been preserved during the successive intraperitoneal transplantations. The data that the components of spindle cell sarcoma of B and C have changed to those of reticulosarcoma can be identified with our experimental data on Usubuchi sarcoma.
