Abstract
Studies were made on the liver cancer induction of rats with D.A.B. in conjunction with sodium glucuronate, glucuronolactone, glucose, or vitamin B1, C, and methionine. The rate of tumor incidence was found in the experimental groups lower than in control. The results so far obtained suggested that the application of sodium glucuronate or glucuronolactone caused a distinct retardation of the liver cancer development, while the remaining substances showed a slight inhibitory effects.
