In this work, a novel porous carbon was fabricated by fullerene intercalation between graphene sheets. The graphene-fullerene porous composites were prepared by lamination of graphene and fullerene. We then evaluated adsorption properties of water vapor on graphene-fullerene porous composites. Graphene-fullerene porous composites with less layer number than 10 had hydrophobic nature, while the adsorbed amounts were increased with stacking the layer structure. The simulated adsorption properties of water in grand canonical Monte Carlo simulations indicated that slightly stronger interaction potentials by stuck graphene-fullerene composite facilitated water adsorption. The adsorption properties on graphene-fullerene porous composites are firstly clarified in this work.
